It is possible to cancel the service within 30 days of account creation or account renewal. After that time cancellation of the PCFort service is not permitted.

To cancel the service select 'Submit Support Request' from the Help pulldown menu. Enter your details. We would appreciate it if you would enter the reason for cancelling the service in the space provided. This will help us improve the service for other customers.

Clicking the Add Report button will time stamp your request and send it to the PCFort support team. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours from the support team. Your credit card will not be charged if you choose to cancel.
